Stonewalling

Excerpt:
."I have decided to follow my lawyer's advice and respectfully invoke my constitutional right," Monica Goodling, Gonzales' counsel and White House liaison, said in a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Looks like someone in the Bush administration has at long last recognized Constitutional Rights.

How can you plead the fifth when there was no wrongdoing? What's there to incriminate.

You can't invoke the fifth because you are merely uncomfortable.

Biggest "non-scandal" I've ever seen.

You don't have to be accused of a crime to invoke your Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. If saying something simply might lead to you being investigated or prosecuted then you can assert your Fifth Amendment rights.
