How can you plead the fifth when there was no wrongdoing? What's there to incriminate.
You can't invoke the fifth because you are merely uncomfortable.

You don't have to be accused of a crime to invoke your Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. If saying something simply might lead to you being investigated or prosecuted then you can assert your Fifth Amendment rights.
